My name is Maddie, I'm 21 years old and recently graduated from Northwood Tech in New Richmond for Criminal Justice:) I have been working with kids off and on since I was 13, but have been working as a in-home caregiver for a company for children with special needs for 4 years. I have extensive experience caring for children with physical disabilities, as well as ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. My sister is physically disabled and I have spent most of her life raising and caregiving for her.
