Hello! I am seeking a short term nanny position beginning in September and going for anywhere between 2-6 months. I am looking to provide full time care, between 30-40 hrs. per week with some flexibility depending on your needs :) I have BAs in Political Science and Spanish, and formally studied Spanish in both Chile and Costa Rica. I have worked with children professionally for about 10 years, as a babysitter/nanny as well as a certified professional gymnastics coach. I would love to find a family who values outdoor exploration and diverse education, and might be interested in Spanish introduction or immersion. In my free time, I prioritize being outside, learning new skills, and making art! I would love to provide quality care for your child filled with curiosity and discovery. Madeline cared for our son A from the time he was 8 (May 2024) months old until he was 20 months (June 2025) , and we couldn’t have asked for a better nanny! She was incredibly loving, attentive, and playful—always engaging with A in a way that made him feel safe, happy, and nurtured. Madeline was also wonderfully supportive with household tasks when needed, but above all, her focus was always on A’s well-being. She was communicative, flexible, and easy to work with, which made our experience positive. We were truly sad to see her move, but we feel so lucky to have had her in our lives. We highly recommend Madeline and would welcome her back in a heartbeat!
