I am big on creating an environment where children feel safe, comfortable and free to be inquisitive and their unique self. I love to provide opportunities to do leisure activities in the community and explore the outdoors. I enjoy reading books, making healthy snacks and meals, making art, playing sports and games. To gain some background, I was born and raised in Minnesota. I have worked as an educational sales representative and lived in Michigan, Missouri and Pennsylvania. After graduating from University of Minnesota-Duluth with a degree in Exercise Science I became a personal trainer. While I was a full time trainer I picked up a position as a PCA working with four residents with traumatic brain injuries or developmental disorders. After five years of balancing overnight PCA and personal training I decided to take a nanny position that was offered which tailed into other aspirations.
