Madeleine was fantastic with my kids, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her as a nanny. She was reliable and very communicative, always easy to reach and very responsive and flexible if I needed to make last-minute schedule changes. It was obvious she genuinely cared about my kids' well-being, and along with prioritizing their safety, she was great with their emotional needs as well. She clearly didn't see this job as something to clock in and out of for a paycheck, but she actually formed a bond with my kids and seemed to enjoy playing with them. She was great about pivoting between all four kids too, and never seemed overwhelmed. She had a calming energy and warmth that the kids absorbed. They LOVED having her watch them and would ask for her when she wasn't there. I can't say enough positive things about Madeleine - she has a very special way with kids.
