Hi! My name is Madeleine, but I go by Madi. I have worked with children since I was 8 years old when my little brother was born. I used to take care of him when my mom was at work, and at the age of 12, I started to babysit neighborhood kids for $4 an hour. Since then I have consistently babysat, nannied, and worked in multiple children's facilities. I worked in a daycare as my first job when I was 14, became a co-teacher for kindergartners when I was 16, and for the last 2 years I worked with kids k-6th grade as a teacher's assistant, private tutor, and substitute teacher. I have experience working with children with learning disabilities and I am currently studying psychology and children's cognitive development. I strive to understand children on an emotional and cognitive level, and also just plain-old love kids and love hanging out with them.
