Hi! I'm Maddy, and I've been working with kids of all ages for over a decade, and in schools for the past 3 years. I strive to always be patient, kind, and adaptable to be able to connect with children of all ages, from infants to preteens, and meet their individual needs. I believe in open communication with parents, and I follow their preferred methods to provide regular updates about their child's day and address any concerns that may arise. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules, but I always prioritize the parents' guidelines and approach. My approach to childcare includes a mix of outdoor activities, educational games, and creative play. I'm also happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, and travel. With my experience, training in First Aid and CPR, and coursework in early child development, I'm more than prepared to provide a safe and nurturing environment for your children.
