About Maddy

Maddy has been an absolute blessing to our family over the past 2 years. As a mom of 4 with kids ranging from 3 to 13, finding someone who can meet each child where they are is no small task, but Maddy has done that effortlessly. She is incredibly punctual, reliable, and consistent, qualities that mattered so much to us, especially during a season of transition in our family. She brought a sense of structure, calm, and stability into our home that made a lasting impact on both me and my kids. Maddy is intentional about creating age-appropriate activities and engaging each of my children in ways that make them feel seen and valued. Whether it’s keeping up with my older kids’ needs or getting creative and playful with the younger ones, she handles it all with patience, attentiveness, and genuine care. Beyond her skills, what truly sets Maddy apart is her heart. My kids love her, trust her, and feel safe with her, and as a mom, there’s nothing more important than that. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have Maddy. We are so sad to see her go, but so grateful for the time we’ve had with her.
