Hi! My name is Maddy, and I have a strong background in senior care through both management and hands-on experience in a nursing home setting. In my current role, I work in management and scheduling, which has given me a deep understanding of resident needs, care coordination, and how to ensure quality, compassionate support. I also have direct care experience, so I'm comfortable assisting with daily activities such as personal care, mobility support, companionship, and creating a safe, respectful environment.
