Maddie has been the full time nanny for one of my children from age 1-2years old. She also interacts daily with my older daughter (from age 3.4-4.5) before preschool drop off. Maddie was our part time mother’s helper for about 5 months before joining us full time. Maddie is caring, kind, excellent at boundary setting, very thoughtful about child development, and creative around meal prep. Maddie is always willing to chat about parenting strategies and always goes the extra mile. In short, we have been absolutely delighted to work with her!
