About Madison

Hi there! My name is Madison, and I'm a compassionate and dependable caregiver with a strong background in behavioral health, education, and holistic wellness. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Psychology with a minor in Juvenile Justice from Grand Valley State University. I am CPR certified and have several years of experience supporting children and individuals with autism and other neurodivergent needs. My approach is trauma-informed, grounded in empathy, and tailored to meet each person where they are. I've worked in a variety of settings including, homes, schools, and clinical environments, bringing patience and creativity to every role. I'm also a certified yoga teacher and I love incorporating calming, mindfulness-based strategies when appropriate. I'm here to help create a safe, nurturing, and empowering space.
