About Maddie

I am a dedicated and experienced childcare provider with a strong background in behavioral and educational support. I hold a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and have worked as a Behavior Technician, paraprofessional, and elementary behavior interventionist, supporting children with a wide range of needs. I have extensive experience working with children on the autism spectrum and bring both professional training and personal insight as someone who is also on the spectrum. This allows me to provide empathetic, structured, and individualized care that supports each child's unique strengths and challenges. I understand how important it is for families-especially those with autistic children-to find a caregiver who is patient, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.
