About Maddie

Hi, my name is Maddie and I am a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a Bachelor's degree in biology! I am currently located in Watertown, MA and am working towards my degree in Diagnostic Medical sonography and am a student sonographer at Massachusetts General Hospital. I began my childcare journey as a babysitter at 11 years old. At 15 I got my first job coaching tennis at summer camp for ages 4-13. Since then I have also worked at a nature-based preschool, and teaching swim lessons to all ages and abilities. My experience extends from infants to teens. I've also worked as a barista, department director at the UMass radio station, and a research assistant in a neuroscience lab. When I am babysitting I really enjoy taking kids outside, exploring new places, helping them learn new things, and letting them be kids! I am certified in Basic Life Support from the American Red Cross. I look forward to connecting with you and further discussing if we would be a good fit!
