About Maddie

I'd describe my personality as kind, creative and genuine. I like working with kids because I have had experience working with kids as a camp counselor and I've found myself to really enjoy helping kids learn and grow into themselves. Either doing a craft with them or playing on the playground or even learning them how to tie their shoes always puts a smile on my face. I'm looking for a job that can be engaging and that makes me excited to want to work and spend time with kids as well be a role model. I started working with kids when I was 15 as a CIT. Then the summer before my freshman year in high school I started to be a camp counselor. I've been a camp counselor for 3 years. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and friends, go on walks or hikes. I also enjoy doing any crafts either drawing or painting. One thing you should know about me is I'm always open to new experiences. My skills include patience, effective communication and safety awareness.
