About Maddie

Hi! My name is Maddie, and I have over six years of experience caring for children ages 1-11. I genuinely enjoy helping kids learn, grow, and build confidence in a fun, supportive environment. I am currently a pre-Occupational Therapy student with a background in nursing studies and a goal of becoming a Doctor of Occupational Therapy. For the past four years, I have volunteered with the Eagles Autism Foundation through my university, which has strengthened my passion for working with children of all abilities and developmental needs. I am patient, dependable, and energetic. I enjoy outdoor play, sports, crafts, puzzles, educational activities, and creative play. I am also pursuing a minor in American Sign Language (ASL). Safety is a top priority for me, and I am CPR and First Aid certified. As a former lifeguard and competitive swimmer for 12 years, I am comfortable supervising children during water activities. My goal is to provide dependable care that gives parents peace of mind.
