About Maddie

Hi, I'm Maddie! I'll be graduating with my master's degree in speech pathology in May and starting my role as a school-based SLP in the fall. In the meantime, I'm looking for a nannying position, ideally starting the first week of July. I've spent several years working with children and have strong experience supporting communication, language development, and social skills. I would describe my personality as intentional, passionate, and playful when interacting with kids. I'm patient, engaged, and I enjoy getting to know each child's personality. I naturally incorporate learning and communication into play and daily routines, and I focus on creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment where kids feel comfortable and confident. My top childcare skills are patience, building strong connections with children, and keeping them engaged throughout the day. In my spare time, I love writing songs, singing, going on walks, working out, and spending time with friends and family.
