About Maddie

Hi! My name is Maddie, and I wanted to introduce myself and tell you a little about my childcare experience. I'm CPR certified, have been babysitting for about 5 years, and currently work at KinderCare Learning Center. At KinderCare, I work directly with children throughout the day and have experience with daily routines, meals and snacks, transitions, positive behavior guidance, and creating a safe and structured environment. I like to be genuinely engaged with the children I care for rather than simply supervising or relying on screen time. Communication with parents is also really important to me. I tend to keep families updated throughout the day with pictures of the activities along with any important updates about how their child is doing. I know it can be reassuring to see that your child is happy, safe, and having a good day while you're away. I have two references who would be happy to speak on my behalf, and how I am with children, and I can also provide my resume!
