About Maddie

Hi! My name is Maddie, and I'm 21 years old. I have 3. 5 years of childcare experience in both in-home and group settings. I currently work as the lead teacher in a2-year-old classroom, where I plan age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play while creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. While I've loved working in a classroom, I'm looking for an opportunity to provide more individualized care by working with a smaller group of children or as a nanny. I'm seeking a full-time position but am open to part-time opportunities and am comfortable caring for children ages 1 and up. Caring for others has always been my passion. My first job in high school was as a food server in a nursing home, where I discovered my love for helping people.
