We feel incredibly lucky to have found Maddie. She has cared for both of our children, including one who is neurodivergent and requires additional support, and she handles everything with patience, confidence, and genuine care. Our kids absolutely adore her — they’re excited when she comes over and genuinely sad when it’s time for her to leave, which says everything. Maddie knows how to keep them engaged, regulated, and having fun, all while creating a calm and supportive environment. She truly understands how to meet each child where they are.
