About Maddalynn

I am 21 years old and based out of the Troy, OH area. I am currently working to finish my education degree to be a high school art teacher! While I am very passionate about education, the other huge passion of my heart is children. Coming from a large family of 6 kids, I am no stranger to the challenging yet rewarding world of children. I can comfortably say I've had at least five years of paid childcare experience, however I have been in caretaking roles for family for well beyond five years. Aside from my years of experience, I am also CPR and Choking certified by the AHA for both children and adults. Safety is my utmost priority. That being said, my husband is a firefighter and has helped me solidify my skills and abilities in regard to water, fire, and vehicle safety as well. Finally, I am semi fluent, working to become fully fluent and firmly believe that any child benefits from leaning ASL for both language and fine motor skill development.
