About Madalyn

I've supported a variety of families- including a 9-month-old and 4 y/o, helping two 10 y/o girls during COVID remote learning, and assisting a family with two teens in managing their daily routines. I've also volunteered as a Big Sister through Big Brothers Big Sisters, building a long-term bond with a young girl and supporting her through key life moments. I created and executed a transformative program at a Jamaican primary school focused on emotional intelligence. Using soccer, dance, yoga, art, vulnerability, and mindfulness, I helped students manage stress, resolve conflict, and build confidence. I'm reliable, empathetic, and bring a warm, grounded energy. Outside of childcare, I've worked in tech and interior design. I'm passionate about health and wellness, cooking, quality time with loved ones, and long walks with my golden doodle.
