I have had the pleasure of working with and getting to know an individual with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Working with this child has changed my life in so many ways and has strengthened my patience, empathy, communication skills, and ability to adapt to different needs and situations. Through this experience, I have developed a deeper understanding of the importance of compassion, inclusion, and individualized support. I am a strong believer in advocating for those who cannot always speak for themselves and strive to create a positive, supportive environment for everyone I work with. I am passionate about helping others and continuing to grow both personally and professionally through meaningful experiences like these.
