Mada is a skilled, experienced, thoughtful caregiver. She took care of my 9-month-old son over several weeks. Mada came to my home prepared to bond and support my son's social, emotional, and physical development. For example, she wore a special necklace that immediately caught his attention and led him into her arms and generated a lovely game between them. When playing with his toys with him, she kindly says "your turn!" "now, it's my turn!" - gently encouraging him to naturally learn sharing skills and fun social interaction. I noticed many small ways in which she seemed amazingly skilled in caring for babies and children. In addition, she is totally able to multitask and "problem-solve" on her own. She understands that you might have a deadline or a lot of work and wants (enables) you to leave her on her own so she can do the job you hired her to do - expertly, safely, and lovingly care for your child- and you can get all the things you need to get done without any worry.
