Hi! I'm Macy, and I genuinely enjoy helping and caring for others. I have 7+ years of experience in senior care, including serving as a Memory Care Director, where I supported residents, families, and care teams. That experience taught me the importance of patience, compassion, reliability, and treating every person with dignity and respect. I'm currently looking for my next full-time HR/People & Culture opportunity after my most recent position was eliminated in a reduction in force. In the meantime, I'm looking for meaningful part-time work where I can help others and be a dependable extra set of hands. I'm happy to help with senior companionship, errands, meal preparation, light housekeeping, organization, and other day-to-day needs. I'm also open to home help and other part-time opportunities.
