Hi, I'm Macy! I'm a 34-year-old cisgender female with a warm, open-minded approach and no room for judgment. I have 10+ years of childcare experience with family and friends, and I genuinely enjoy caring for children as if they were my own. I hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology and am CPR trained. I prioritize safety, emotional well-being, and consistency in every environment I'm part of, and I'm attentive to both structure and individual needs.
