Prior to my service in healthcare, I actually used Care. com to provide babysitting services. I have been a licensed healthcare professional for over 10 years. I am a dual licensed RN-paramedic, and worked in the ED/EMS setting during the global covid-19 pandemic. I have also taken advanced neonatal/child resuscitation courses as part of my paramedicine curriculum. After a decade within emergency medicine, I am looking to "slow down", and possibly return to school to obtain my masters, and have started work to become a DONA-certified birth doula while working towards marathon endurance races. I'd like to spend this time unwinding from years of emergent cases to again provide care services to those in my area who may need it!
