Absolute confidence in leaving my paralyzed mother, young child, and animals in her care. She goes above and beyond at a moment’s notice. She has spent many nights in the hospital with my mother so I could come home to sleep. She has rushed to my house to watch my son so I could go to the ER. She will stay 24/7 for respite care. Personally for my mother she bathed dressed styled her hair painted her nails prepared her meals feed her. Gave her medications every 4 hrs to include controlled substances. She would dump her catheter and flush her bladder. She would give antibiotics injections IM and antibiotics through a PIC line. When I would go on vacation she also feed my animals and gave my moms dog his insulin shots. She did all the laundry and kept the house spotless. Macy became my mom’s only friend besides family in the end. We were truly blessed to have a caregiver who loved my mom like I did
