Hi! My name is Macy and I'm honored that you are considering me with caring for your young ones. I am active duty military member so currently I am only seeking hours I am off duty. I'm passionate about creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment where kids can learn, play, and feel supported as I am a parent aswell. I believe in open communication with parents and adapting to each family's unique needs. Whether you need occasional help or a consistent sitter, I'd love to be someone your family can count on! I'd describe my personality as trustworthy, quick learner and courteous I like working with kids because as a parent with a special needs child, I have had an opportunity to see my own son bloom despite his challenges. Seeing anyone happy makes me happy but having a positive impact on kids who are our future, warms my heart.
