Tina committed to taking care of my daughter. We were solidified on a date and she backed out last minute and left us without childcare. I had to contact her multiple times if we were aligned with the schedule and she finally responded that she cannot. Level of unprofessionalism is beyond me. I think these caretakers do not understand how difficult it is when nannies decide not to show up or reciprocate communication. I never leave a review and was forced to now.
