About Mackenzie

Hi! My name is Mackenzie, and I'm originally from St. Louis, Missouri. I have extensive experience working with children of all ages and a strong healthcare background that allows parents to feel confident their children are in safe, capable hands. I was a collegiate swimmer and taught swim lessons to children of all ages throughout high school and college. I am also a former certified lifeguard. I currently work in the Emergency Department as a Patient Care Technician, where I care for patients of all ages, including infants and pediatric patients, and I am BLS trained. I also have experience working on a Mother-Baby unit, supporting newborns and families. I will be starting Physician Assistant school this fall. I am calm, attentive, compassionate, and genuinely enjoy creating a safe, supportive environment for children.
