About Mackenzie

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, easygoing, and authentic. I like working with kids because they have a spirit of joy that is contagious. I enjoy helping kids learn and feel safe. I'm looking for a job where I can be helpful to busy parents that need an extra set of hands. I love working with kids and making time with them fun and creative. I started working with kids when I was 16. I am the oldest of 3 kids in my family, so I have been babysitting from a young age. I also have experience coaching kids ages 4-10 at sports camps from 2019 to 2024. In my spare time, I like to spend time with family and friends. I enjoy music and I play guitar and piano. I also love the beach and being outside! One thing you should know about me is I am a nursing student and will get my Bachelors of Science in Nursing in May of 2026! Being in nursing school has taught me how to be responsible and reliable. I have a passion for healthcare and serving those around me (especially kids)!
