Hired "Kenzie" to watch my 3 children part time from 8-5 on Wednesday-Friday for the summer. She worked her first 3 days, then quit on Sunday evening leaving me with 2 days notice. She watched a 5.5yo and 4yo boy, and a 2.5yo girl while I worked from home. She claimed the kids were disrespectful to her and her belongings. I believe she would be a 5 star sitter for kids below the age of 3 but she's not experienced with young (not toddler) kids and setting boundaries. I would hire her for kids ages 3 and under or 10+. She has a great bubbly attitude and was on time when she worked but lacked the experience I expected.
