About Mackenzie

Hello, families! My name is Mackenzie, and I have over 16 years of experience working with children ranging in age from 3 months to 19 years old. I am currently a Montessori Lead Teacher working with children ages 3-6, and I also have experience in Montessori toddler classrooms. My background includes over 12 years of experience working with children with special needs, including autism and other developmental disabilities. I have worked with families in their homes, in specialized schools, and in therapeutic settings. I have a strong understanding of child development, individualized support, positive behavior strategies, and creating nurturing environments where children feel safe, confident, and encouraged to grow. I would love the opportunity to meet your family and learn how I can support your little ones!
