About Mackenzie

Providing compassionate, reliable care for your beloved companions is my greatest passion. With three years of hands-on experience, I treat every pet as if they were my own, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and consistent routine. My approach centers on your pet's comfort, whether I am boarding, walking, or providing day care for dogs, cats, horses, or exotic pets. I maintain strict adherence to dietary needs and remain vigilant for any signs of distress. In emergencies, I stay calm, follow pre-discussed plans, and communicate with you immediately. I am punctual, responsible, and deeply empathetic, with specific experience caring for both young and senior pets. My goal is to help shy animals gain confidence while offering you complete peace of mind. I look forward to welcoming your furry, feathered, or scaled friend into my care as if they were a member of my own family.
