About Mackenzie

Nurturing young minds is my passion, and I've dedicated the last seven years to creating enriching experiences for children. My journey began with positive babysitting experiences, which turned into a career as a board certified behavior analyst primarily for early intervention (ages 2-8), solidifying my desire to positively impact young lives. I hold a graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and have experience with ASD, and with Early Child Development coursework. I'm patient, friendly, and love incorporating play and creativity into my care. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games with children. I am comfortable caring for one child and readily adapt to each family's needs, including cooking, light housekeeping, and errands. I provide clear daily reports and prioritize open communication with parents, following their preferred method. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules. I hold current First Aid and CPR Training certification.
