Kian has been such a blessing to us and our family. He has been caring for our now 19 month old baby girl for over a year! Kian is responsive & reliable- his communication regarding the care of our daughter is impeccable. He is responsible, kind, always open to change (as our daughter’s needs are always changing), detail oriented, maintains the schedules for nap time and keeps our toddler engaged. Safety is high on our priority list - we have never had any issues, incidents or injuries. He also spends so much time outdoors which we LOVE! Being away from your baby is hard, even when you work from home. Kian has helped cultivate an environment and trusting relationship with not only our baby, but us as well. When they are out and about on their walks, at the beach or at the park, my mind is at ease knowing that Kian with her.
