About Mackenzie

Hi! I'm Mackenzie--a registered nurse, certified holistic health and mindset coach, and experienced senior caregiver with a deep love for this work. My passion began when I cared for both of my grandparents--my grandfather was on dialysis and my grandmother had dementia and cancer. Being their primary caregiver shaped my heart and inspired my path. Since then, I've spent nearly a decade in nursing, specializing in neurology and holistic healing. I offer high-level, compassionate care--especially for those with dementia--while also supporting emotional well-being through techniques like ear acupuncture, breathwork, and mindful companionship. I also help with errands, light housekeeping, and meal prep. I believe every person deserves to be cared for with love, presence, and dignity.
