After offering her the position I sent her the first schedule. The next day I sent her a text asking to switch a day (3 weeks away) and she did not respond. Reached out the day after to follow up and still no response. On the third day I asked her if she was okay and if she could please let us know if she changed her mind - still no response. Now we are having to scramble to find a full time nanny 8 days before the first scheduled day.
