Hello, my name is Mackenzie! I'm 26 years old and currently a college student studying to become a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA). I've spent the past 3 years working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), supporting children with autism, work I'm truly passionate about. Before that, I gained 3 years of experience in childcare, where I taught using a preschool-based curriculum. I'm CPR certified and bring both compassion and structure to the families I work with. I love building meaningful relationships with kids and helping them grow through play, learning, and positive behavior support.
