I am a very outgoing, sweet, and caring woman with over six years of experience working with children of various ages. I have also had the opportunity to work closely with children on the autism spectrum, which has strengthened my patience, adaptability, and understanding of each child's unique needs. I have a genuine passion for working with kids and truly enjoy creating a positive, safe, and nurturing environment where they can grow and feel supported. My top three child care skills are: 1. Creating engaging, structured activities - I enjoy planning outdoor play, arts and crafts, and hands-on activities that encourage creativity, learning, and development while limiting screen time. 2.
