About Mackenzie

Hi, I'm Mackenzie! I was born and raised in the Adirondacks and I love doing all things outdoors, preferably with a furry friend by my side. I have a special place in my heart for Australian Shepherds and Border Collies (yes, the high energy, adventurous breeds) and have deeply loved every moment of life with my current Aussie (Strider) and my late Aussie girl (Grace). I love getting to bring pups on adventures and have enjoyed many 15+ mile hikes, trail runs, as well as bike and ski adventures with my pups. I also love training dogs, whether it's to improve recall or teach a new trick, I think every dog deserves to feel like they get to live their best life physically and mentally. Over the past few years, I have become the primary dog sitter for my friends and neighbors, getting to know different breeds, temperaments, and athletic abilities. It's been so fun! So whether your pup is a couch potato or up for a crazy adventure, I'm here to help your pup enjoy their best life!
