About Mackenzie

Mackenzie worked for us for approximately 8 months. My 2 and 3 year old girls attached to her immediately. The very first day, she jumped right in playing with the girls as if she knew them for years. They love being around her as she is playful, but they also respect her authority. She has the experience and knowledge of how to perfectly balance fun with discipline. I cannot say enough about what a wonderful caregiver she is. She is reliable, flexible, respectful, generous, and most of all, adores my children as if they were her own. They adore her as well. We are unable to continue having her work for us due to a change in my children's school schedule. Otherwise, we never would have let her go. Anyone would be very lucky to have her work for them.
