I also have children of my own, including a little girl who is 3 years old and a little boy who is 18 months old, that are both special needs and occasionally tag along with me. Mackenzie is very communicative and easy going! She has been punctual and if late (very rare) Communicates well in advance. I have a somewhat a flex start time, but if I need her here by 5a, she is here! She is helping with AM childcare help for my son who is 9. She supports us from 4-8a, with morning care and transportation to his school. She is willing to help as I need and does it effortlessly. She is great with our dog too - we are very happy to have found her!! We have her mostly in the AM so hoping he can help another family as she is helping ours! You'll be very pleased you hired her!
