I love coaching clients on executive functioning and independent living skills as Ive done for the last five years. With my holistic nutrition cert I am a good fit for those wanting to improve grocery shopping, meal planning, cooking, etc! I have also supported individuals transitioning through school for academic (and career) success. I have extensive experience with younger ages (NB+) in a multitude of areas while collaborating with OT, PT and speech therapists, as well as, music and horse therapy, too! My services can extend to patient advocacy if helpful. I am very compassionate in my approach with clients of all ages prioritizing baby steps and celebrating little victories. Remote via zoom and locally in Hayward/Castro Valley. My rates vary 99-199/hr. I am available for regional center clients on self determination plans as I am an established provider.
