About Mackaylee

I'd describe my personality as responsible, outgoing, caring. I like working with kids because it gets me ready to be a mom in the future. I'm looking for a job that I can build a positive relationship with the kids, help them learn and grow, and be someone they feel safe and comfortable with. I want a role where expectations are clear, and communication is good. I started working with kids when I was 14 years old. I took care of my neighbors kids a couple times a month for years. I have also took care of kids for a long period of time while their parents were traveling. One thing you should know about me I'm very patient and energetic. I love keeping kids engaged especially with outdoor activities like hiking or games but I also take responsibility seriously and make sure they're safe and cared for at all times. My skills include patience, strong responsibility when it comes to safety, and good communication with both kids and parents.
