About Mackayla

Mackayla was the absolute best nanny to our son and we highly recommend her. We had difficulty finding a nanny at first who would arrive on time and give everything to the job. Not only does Mackayla bring that level of professionalism and care, but also she exudes kindness as a person. She was very proactive and thoughtful with our son and had a direct positive impact on his development. She is also very intuitive and could read our son’s wants and needs before he was able to communicate verbally. As a new mom, I was so grateful that we were able to communicate freely. She is always providing updates and pictures and is proactive in asking questions while also voicing her concerns. She is really a role model nanny - my husband and I never had to worry about our son especially when we had long days at work. Mackayla was also flexible with our work schedules - often times staying later than expected if we were running late and coming early to work if needed. She is amazing at prepping healthy food options and has many years of experience providing care for all ages. She is also wonderful with pets and is able to multitask while keeping our son engaged throughout the day. Any family would be very lucky to have Mackayla as a nanny. She is a rare find and a gem of a person!
