About Maci

Hi there! My name is Maci, and I'm a caring, patient, and trustworthy caregiver with a strong passion for supporting children's growth and well-being. I hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology and have completed multiple courses in Child Development, which allows me to understand each child's unique needs and behaviors on a deeper level. I have experience babysitting children ages 1-12, including caring for multiple children at once. Currently, I work as an ABA therapist at an LAUSD elementary school, where I support students with behavioral needs and help them build skills that promote confidence, independence, and success. I am also trained in Crisis Prevention, giving me the ability to remain calm, grounded, and solution-focused in challenging situations. I'm highly organized, positive, and dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment where children feel understood, supported, and encouraged. I bring enthusiasm, patience, and compassion to every family I work with.
