Hi there! I'm an experienced Nanny with 6+ years of childcare under my belt, eager to work in a full time position with an inclusive family & environment that appreciates similar values. My work experience includes ages 9 months - 12 years through Pre-K classrooms in traditional & Montessori settings, Nannying & babysitting gigs, as well as working with kiddos on the spectrum as a Registered Behavior Technician. I've also taken classes in Child Psychology and Growth & Development in college. I love outdoor play & exploring, creative games, snack time, and crafts are my favorite! My childcare philosophy includes establishing a routine that encourages mutual respect, healthy & appropriate development, activities based around learning & independence, and open communication with parents. In my personal life I'm a proud Military spouse and dedicated cat mom.
