About Maci

I started babysitting at the age of 13 for family and friends and have nanny and babysat ever since. I have worked with children from infants to middle school. I was a preschool teacher for 2 years through my high school. I worked as an after school caregiver through Club Rewind leading a group of 15-20 kindergartners my senior year in high school. My freshman year in college I worked at a local church caring for infants and toddlers. Lastly, my sophomore year of college I worked at a daycare being head of the infant room. I have the most precious 3-year-old little sister so I have had much experience caring for a smaller child. I was CPR certified twice, my license is now expired. I love working with children, which is why I am currently in my fifth year at Lamar University (online) in the process of pursuing a career in Sociology/Social Work. My goal is to work for the foster care system. I will be residing back in Houston, Texas come December 1st and am seeking full time work.
