About macayle

Hi! My name is Macayle, and I'm a caring, responsible, patient, and dependable caregiver who truly enjoys working with children. I believe every child deserves to feel safe, valued, supported, and encouraged to be themselves. I currently work for the YMCA as an Afterschool Teacher, where I have gained hands-on experience caring for and supervising children. My experience has helped me develop strong skills in child supervision, positive behavior management, communication, conflict resolution, activity planning, and creating fun and educational experiences. I understand that every child has different needs and personalities, so I always strive to be patient, attentive, and understanding. I'm comfortable helping with homework, etc. I'm passionate about working with children and take pride in being someone parents can trust. My goal is to make sure every child in my care feels comfortable, cared for, and has a fun and positive experience.
