With three years of experience, I'm passionate about supporting adults and seniors, and I find great fulfillment in promoting their well-being and independence. I hold a college degree and am certified in CPR and First Aid. My approach is patient, compassionate, and friendly. I understand the importance of earning your trust while adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or behavioral changes with care. I provide respite care, transportation, errands/shopping, and light housekeeping. I keep families informed with verbal updates, always respecting your preferred communication method.
